"Film as dream, film as music. No art passes our conscience in the way film does, and goes directly to our feelings, deep down into the dark rooms of our souls"

FILMMAKING CLASSES

Filmmaking classes at Next Actor Studio are open to adults as well as advanced teens who wish to learn the process of storytelling to pursue a career behind the scene or to learn the technique to enhance their acting career.

Filmmaking students often collaborate with our screenwriting, acting and editing students to make their own shorts and features, thus accomplishing much more from hands-on training than they would have ever done in any four-year film school.

Dedicated students frequently receive the opportunity to participate as interns and/or crew or production staff in the different films and series that our studio produces and travel to many different states and countries with production.

Our filmmaking students have won awards at several film festivals, founded their own successful production companies or work as producers or directors in different television channels.
